Cancellations, returns and refunds.

Due to the nature of our services, "Reservation Services", which are executed instantly at the time of contracting, we inform you that once the service has started it will not be possible to cancel, return or refund it, since the property is automatically blocked and taken off the market, without prejudice to the provisions of the last paragraph.

As we inform in our reservation and withdrawal policy, by contracting this service, you give your express consent for its instant execution, expressly acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed by us, all in accordance with article 103.a) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, which establishes that the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for the provision of services once the service has been fully performed.

However, in the event that after the property reservation period (ten calendar days) the purchase is not made due to a fact directly attributable to REINES®, the reservation amount will be refunded to the user by transfer to the bank account number from which the transfer requesting the Reservation Service was made, within a non-extendable period of three (3) business days from the time the cause unrelated to the user that prevents the purchase of the property is known.
